Climate change affects everyone, and communicating the science behind climate change is an important task as a community. Join us for a documentary viewing and discussion of PBS NC’s State of Change. State of Change tackles the question of how local North Carolinians are exposed to and impacted by climate change, as well as how we are adapting to our changing climate. Michelle Lotker, a producer and editor of the documentary, will be joining us to answer questions specific to the clips as well as on the importance of science communication in our rapidly changing world.
