Coastwide Reference Monitoring System (CRMS) 101
Join us Wednesday, June 24, as CPRA’s Leigh Anne Sharp presents “Coastwide Reference Monitoring System (CRMS) 101.” The presentation will provide an overview of the CRMS program and its network of almost 400 coastal monitoring stations. We will look at the some of the techniques that are used at each CRMS site to collect land change, vegetation, hydrology, and soil formation data used by coastal scientists, managers and planners to implement and refine coastal restoration projects in Louisiana. The presentation will be followed by a brief Q&A session with the presenter.
