Please join us to enjoy free coffee and snacks (including donut holes) while listening to Dr. Louis Daniel, President of Coastal Fish, LLC and former Director of the NC Division of Marine Fisheries, give a talk entitled: “North Carolina Marine Fisheries: A Tragedy of the Commons.”
